I went down on a Saturday to get service and the service guy asked if I wanted to wait or if I had a ride. I said I had a ride but asked how long it would take. He said that it wouldn't be done that day. (So if I waited, what was the plan?). They couldn't find the leak in the tire that was losing 15 psi in four days. They couldn't figure out why I wouldn't have trailer brakes either. I fixed the trailer brakes myself by finding a blown fuse. The tire was the left front and they rotated my tires, so I'm guessing they were still checking the left front even though it was on the rear now. I had a part ordered and had to come back a week later for them to not have my loaner vehicle ready so I had to wait over an hour for my loaner vehicle. They did finally fix the tire though. Highly disappointed with the service after spending over $50k on a vehicle. I will not be back to get anything again.
